The Galaxy Bookshop is an independent bookstore in Hardwick, Vermont. Linda Ramsdell opened the store in 1988, with a small table, a few shelves, and about 100 books. Over the years, the store expanded and moved, eventually finding a home in a former bank building, complete with drive-through window and vault. The booksellers at The Galaxy Bookshop are book lovers, one and all, dedicated to matching up the right books with the right people.
